The first two episodes of the highly-anticipated ‘Sex and the City’ sequel series, ‘And Just Like That,’ premiered at midnight on Thursday and fans learned right away how Samantha Jones’ absence from the show is explained. Leading up to the show’s release, Kim Catrall, who played the beloved character on the original series, made it clear she had no interest in participating in the project.
